BW have added to its steel component manufacturing and assembly facilities with the installation of a new rolling mill and purpose built factory to produce a range of steel framing and where required assembly of wall panels.
This light gauge steel framing system is ideal for off-site construction, house building and multi-storey applications.
Complete with a fully-integrated 3D CAD/CAM design software by Vertex Systems and combined with the production facilities & experience of BW Industries this product offers performance, predicatability and design flexibility.
This systems offers stud sizes from 50-100mm and from 0.8-2.0mm in gauge and compliments sections that we are able to offer in sizes of up to 500mm deep x 5mm.
The components produced offer a flush finish panel and the sections can be pre-punched to offer service slots/holes to suit your individual application.
