BW Industries Purlin Division carries out design and manufacture of light gauge pre-galvanised steel purlins, sheeting rails and eaves beams. The systems are available in Zed or Cee section profile and are manufactured from pre-galvanised steel coil with guaranteed yield strength of 450 N/mm. Standard section depths range from 121mm to 341mm with thicknesses from 1.3mm to 3.0mm. All systems have a full range of accessories.
In addition to the standard range of sizes, BW Industries also offer a range of bespoke sheeting rails sections which can be manufactured to an individual client’s requirements. Section depths range from 50mm to 500mm with thicknesses from 0.5mm to 6.0mm and BW can roll up to an impressive 18m in length. Some bespoke sheeting rails sections are manufactured from lower yield strength materials.
