Our Facilities
Our production facilities are constantly being improved to provide a more diverse range of products using modern machinery which give us the opportunity to produce a myriad of standard as well a bespoke components. The latest addition to our facility is a 9 metre press facility (pictured above).
We endeavour to keep up to date with technology and continually work on a programme of improvement. Modern manufacturing of cost competitive components demands the highest quality and accuracy, and recognition of these principles drives our commitment to customer care, and our continued investment in machinery and manufacturing technology.
Our 114,00 square foot production facility houses some of the best equipment under one roof to allow this and includes:
- 12 rolling lines
- 7 press brakes ranging from 1m to 9m
- 2 CNC guillotines
- 9m x 3m precision laser cutting machine for flat bed up to 20mm
- 3m x 1.5m precison laser cutting machine for flat bed work up to 25mm
- Ficep Excalibur CNC drill line
- CNC Amada punch press
- Fabrication, Assembly & Painting
In addition we also have in excess of 8 acres of land for storage and future expansion.
On-going close association with providers of design and technical expertise underpins our continued product development. We also understand that a principle element in the open market is to have a progressive and technical enterprise, which is both comprehensive and responsive throughout.
