At BW Industries our philosophy is to offer a complete service, and our dedicated 1400m2 fabrication is just one link in this chain.

Offering full welding and fabrication facilities, as well as pre-finished assembly, this facility enhances our capability to present a complete all round service with unrivalled versatility. We weld materials from Mild Steel to Galvanised to Stainless Steel, by staff who are fully certified.

This is complimented by a dedicated paint and spray shop, which enhances our product range and allows us to offer our customers a full and complete service.

BW also boasts a Ficep Excalibur CNC Drill Line, which provides high productivity due to its incredible versatility, whilst maintaining accuracy and precision. Suspended and moving along its loading table, this machine offers speed and flexibility in punching and drilling a myriad of holes, from flange and web to slotted and counter sunk holes.
Automatic sequencing from one section to the next, optional scribing and no manual programming puts this machine at the front of drilling technology.
